These are educational systems designed to take you from ‘Zero to Hero’ flipping property.

We have no idea if you can take direction, will take the time to learn the system, or if you will apply the system.  As a result, we do not guarantee any return on your investment, and we can not ‘take the training back’ so we do not refund for any reason.

This is a work program, and will take you learning a new skill set, applying it, and working it.

The programs consist of an initial step by step PDF formatted ebook, a link to a resources page with updates, additional information and video training, and the submission system. 

You will be emailed the initial training when you purchase, or – in the case of a specialty sale – during the date of the sale.  During heavy sales, there may be a delay of a day to get the initial training to you.  Check your spam folder.  If you do not receive your ebook, let us know at teambuige@gmail.com.  We have 2 business days to re-send the initial training, from that point.
